She is the winner in the tournament in doubles along with Jessica Pegula but hasn’t yet reached the singles final. The 21-year-old is projected to face Beatriz Haddad Maia in the fourth round and a win could pit her against two-time Grand Slam singles finalist Jasmine Paolini in the quarterfinals.

Quarterfinal prediction: Coco Gauff vs. Jasmine Paolini
Third Quarter

Eighth seed Emma Navarro could face Emma Raducanu in the second round. Fourth Seed Jessica Pegula is projected to face Diana Shnaider in the fourth round.

But the tennis world will be focusing more on a 17-year-old in this quarter. It’s Mirra Andreeva, who scripted history by clinching two back-to-back WTA 1000 titles in Dubai and Indian Wells. Linda Noskova, and Marta Kostyuk, Anna Kalinskaya also are part of this quarter.

Quarterfinal prediction: Mirra Andreeva vs. Jessica Pegula
Fourth Quarter

World No.2 Iga Swiatek could meet Madison Keys in the quarterfinals. But before reaching the last eight, she would have to knock out Katie Boulter in the third round.

Semifinals

If the Belarusian reaches the semifinal, she could face World No.3 Coco Gauff. In the next two quarterfinals, Mirra Andreeva will be the heavy favorite against Jessica Pegula; but Iga Swiatek in the quarterfinal, which would also be a rematch of the 2025 Australian Open semifinal, would be expect nothing less than a battle against Madison Keys.

Semifinal prediction:

Aryna Sabalenka vs. Coco Gauff
Mirra Andreeva vs. Iga Swiatek

Final

Aryna Sabalenka is in red-hot form as she has so far reached three WTA finals. Coco Gauff, on the other hand, had a mixed season so far.

Knowing Iga Swiatek, she would be reflecting on what went wrong when she met Mirra Andreeva in the Indian Wells semifinal and would prepare well to finally take revenge against the teenager. If everything happens as per the predictions here, this year’s Miami Open could see a blockbuster final between Sabalenka and Swiatek.
