It sounds like it’s down to Utah and Washington. For those that don’t remember, he tripped Utah at the start of the season OVs, then he tripped Washington two weeks ago. I’m told Washington is optimistic, but not confident in landing him. Togiai had been a strong Utah-lean for a LONG time. We’ll keep you all updated, on anything new that we hear. Other than that, the ones signing this week are: Cooper Justice, Faybian Marks, Keanu Tanuvasa, and Jeremy Mercier. The only one they’re waiting on is Togiai.
