According to his Twitter, Cathedral HS (Los Angeles, CA) DE Simi Moala just received an offer from (surprise, surprise) Oregon State. He had an in-home visit with Ilaisa Tuiaki this evening. Moala has been a heavy Utah lean, but is expected to visit Miami on the 30th. I wouldn't be surprised if Oregon State tried to bring him in on a visit this weekend.
As a side note, it's not a big surprise OSU is going after so many Utah targets. They have a long way to go to complete their recruiting class and they're going after as much "low hanging fruit" (meaning kids they know and have relationships with) as possible.
